| Sam and Dean go to a town called Rivergrove after Sam has a vision. They think demons are trying to wipe out the entire town from the inside out. Sam gets cut and possibly infected. Sam turns out to be immune to the virus, and the virus itself seems to have been made for the purpose of testing him, needing a cure, possibly from a local nurse at a hospital. | ||||
