Devil's Trap"
On a mission to save their father from Meg, Sam and Dean lure her into a special demon trap at Bobby's auto shop in Memphis. They exorcise the demon from her body. They save John but on the way to the hospital they get into a car crash that is not as it appears. It ends with the camera staring at the bloodied bodies of the Winchesters. 911 is sent out for the Winchesters.
