As they close in on Bela to recover the Colt, Sam and Dean are arrested by Agent Henriksen in a small town in Colorado while demons surround the jail they are being kept in. After he is possessed, Agent Henriksen finally believes Sam and Dean and joins in the fight when demon possessed people attack the police station. Ruby arrives to offer help to the boys, but is shocked to find that they lost the Colt. Before leaving, she reveals that a demon named Lilith is coming after them. The boys then trap the possessed people inside the station after shooting them with rock salt, and go on to perform a mass exorcism. After straightening things out with Henriksen, the boys go on their way. Moments later, Lilith arrives looking for the Winchesters in the form of a little girl. Upon revealing herself, Lilith engulfs the entire police station in an explosion, killing everyone inside. The boys discover what happened through Ruby.
